• Tickets can be directly downloaded from our portal and HARD COPY IS NOT SHIPPED TO THE CUSTOMER.

• When you purchase your tickets, you will be given an option to have them shipped via E-mail.

Return Policies

• There can be no return for Air tickets, HENCE ALL TICKETS PURCHASED ARE NON RETURNABLE.

• Once a flight ticket has been purchased, there will be no returns, refunds or exchange.

• All travel arrangements are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Flight tickets are not exchangeable for cash or credit and no refund or credit will be issued.

• All fare rules, restrictions and ticketing policies are subject to change without notice.

• All changes to flights must be made at least 5 working days prior to the scheduled departure time. This may incur additional cost as per airline policies.

• Passengers must also be aware of any additional charges for their tickets such as taxes, fees and surcharges.

• All passengers are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the terms and conditions of their flight tickets and its Airline policies prior to purchase.

• By purchasing a ticket, passengers agree to all terms and conditions and acknowledge that they are non-refundable and non-transferable.
